What is a temperature converter?
Use it to read weather forecasts, oven settings or body temperatures given in another scale. On the Celsius scale water freezes at 0 and boils at 100; on the Fahrenheit scale those are 32 and 212. Kelvin is the absolute scale used in science, where 0 K is -273.15 °C.
How to use
- Enter a temperature and choose its unit. Use a minus sign for temperatures below zero.
- Choose the unit to convert to and the result appears instantly.
- Check the table to see Celsius, Fahrenheit and Kelvin at once.
